   I’m grateful for intelligent people who understand that culture can be loved and appreciated regardless of the ideology behind it (even low culture can be awesome/not toxic sometimes!)

   Keep up the good work Acculturated… more cultural commentary, less ideology/politics, there’s too much of that already!

   I’m thankful that I was lucky enough to be born in the land of the free and the home of the brave…to parents who believed in the greatness of American values, and who instilled those ideas in all of their children. I’m thankful that I am surrounded by loving family and friends. I’m thankful that I still have the freedom to worship as I please, to write what I want, and the freedom to express my opinions. G0d bless us all.

   I’m thankful for so much (really), it is hard to pick just one thing—but it all comes from God. For His grace, love, and boundless generosity, I am truly thankful.

   (But I am also thankful for you all here at Acculturated, which has very quickly become a daily must-visit! Have a great Thanksgiving, and thank you for the opportunity!)

   I am thankful for the ever growing list of authors braving the publishing world to write and share their thoughts and ideas to readers. As a confessed book lover, there is nothing that can be compared with my love of books. I am grateful for that.

    There are lots of things to list, but I think I’m most thankful for being healthy. My back aches once a while but I am not in pain or disabled.

    I’m thankful for my family. i’m thankful to live in a country that allows one to develop one’s interests without interference. Thankful for wise writers, great composers, and all those who share their wisdom with us in memorable ways. Thankful most of all to God for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
